Customer Service FAQ

Hours Of Operation

Literacy Lives hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 11:00am – 7:00pm EST. All business will be conducted during that time. Any emails or inquiries received outside of that time will be handled within business day. Please allow at least 48 hours for a personal reply. 

Customer Service Inquiries

Please focus all customer services related questions to info@literacylives.com. We will not answer any service-related questions in direct messages on Facebook or Instagram. Many of our services are tailored to the specific project based on price and deadlines. General information can be found on the website or specific projects questions can be answered via email or a consultation. 

Services & Sales

All services and sales are final once paid in full. Flexibility will be made for specific situations on a client-to client basis. 

Book Orders

All book orders ship from a third-party vendor. Tracking information will be provided via the invoice or email to the client. 

Resume Services

All resume services are completed to order and curated based on the clients needs. The typical turn around time for resume services upon receiving all information is 5-7 business days. Specific deadlines are discussed with the client and a rush order fee of $25 is optional. The service includes one draft and editing exchange with the client. Further changes can be made for an additional fee if applicable. All final documents (word and pdf.) will be sent once final invoice is paid and edits have been reviewed. 

Academic Services 

All academic services require a consultation. During the consultation details of the assignments, resources, course, deadline, format will be discussed. A general estimate for services will be provided during the consultation. The client is expected to supply any additional information requested during the consultation if applicable. Literacy Lives will confirm the academic services, cost, terms of service, and date of completion via email. A 50% deposit is required to start all academic All final documents will be sent once the final invoice is paid.

Literary Projects * Book Writing, Editing, Dossier, Etc.

All literary projects require a consultation. During the consultation details of the project will be discussed and a general estimate for the service will be provided during the consultation. The client is expected to supply any additional information requested during the consultation if applicable. Literacy Lives will confirm the service, cost, terms of service, and date of completion via email. Should the service be rendered, a contract will be provided for larger scale projects. A 50% deposit is due to start all literary projects. A payment plan can be discussed for larger scale projects. All documents will be sent via email once the final invoice is paid.
